I’ve spent 20+ years building and scaling digital products. I’m good at it. And a few years ago I started asking the question a lot of people in my position quietly ask: is this still the thing I want to be building toward?
I didn’t burn it down to find out. Instead, I did what product managers do — I started treating it like a problem worth solving rigorously. What are the assumptions underneath the life I’ve built? Which ones have I actually tested? What would a minimum viable experiment even look like?
That’s what this podcast is. It’s me applying PM thinking to the messiest product I’ve ever worked on: my own second chapter.
