In last week’s episode I shared my personal story of food addiction. In that episode, I talked about my lifelong journey with compulsive eating, food addiction, and attempts at weight loss and recovery. 

When I recorded it, I was just beginning a new 8 week group coaching program for food addiction and recovery with two coaches. What I didn’t mention was that this program was based on a ketogenic lifestyle and we’ll talk more about that in a bit.
