- A goal is about what you want to achieve, while intention is about a quality to personify
- A goal focuses on outcomes, while intention guides your actions or qualities
- A goal is future-focused, intention present-focused
- A goal centers on an external achievement while intention centers around your relationships with yourself and others
- Intentions help you achieve your goals by focusing your energy towards the qualities and actions needed to achieve them. It activates receptivity and manifestation by putting power behind it with all your actions.

- Bring alignment between your beliefs, emotions, and actions with your core values
- Support your goals
- How to set intentions:
- Gain clarity on what you want to focus on
- Set intention for the day first thing in the morning
- Remind yourself and connect with it throughout the day
- Commit and recommit to living that intention
- Celebrate when you notice you’re acting on your intention
- Try a 30-day intention setting challenge to create momentum and flow, and make it a habit.
- You’ll soon notice with continued awareness on your intentions, you will start to manifest them and your goals much more quickly.
